What is the difference between Sin and Offense?

What is the difference between Sin and Offense? Functional distinction of sin is something that can be overcome by bhakti. Bhakti has the power to dismiss it. The functional distinction of offence is the consequence of sin which will form anartha in our heart and will block our bhakti. The other distintion is dharma. Dharma is how you should conduct your life and how to conduct your life according to the laws of karma, the laws of proper conduct and that’s dharma and one who violate that or neglect that is sin. That which is spiritual I don’t regard it as spiritual that’s an offence. Dharma isn’t in itself spiritual. There is a spiritual spark in it we have to see it if we don’t see it then it becomes an offense.
